Strategy Board: Small-Group Mastermind for Video Strategy Professionals

What:
The Strategy Board is a high impact, collaborative twelve month paid group program specifically for the owners of established video strategy and production businesses who desire further skills, tools, inspiration and guidance to achieve their goals.
It is delivered in a controlled and facilitated discussion, around growth and expansion of each business across the duration of the program.
Designed specifically for Video Strategists or Video Business Owners who are actually in business and “doing it” and want to “do it” better, the Strategy Board program consists of 4 x quarterly virtual ‘Board Meetings’ (4.5hrs duration), as well as 8 x monthly ‘Mastermind Sessions’ (90mins duration).
Facilitated by Ben Amos from Engage Video Marketing, Board members will be hand-chosen by Ben to ensure a good fit and a positive Board culture.
Who:

The Details (to be confirmed,
pending formation of the Board):
- Designed to support each member with all aspects of the growth of their Video Strategy & Production business including areas such as leadership, team, recruitment, systems, marketing, sales etc.(not JUST focussed on video marketing, but real business growth!)
- Board meetings to be held quarterly for 4.5 hours via Zoom. These sessions allow time for each member to present their ‘Board pack’ and a rapid mastermind ‘hot seat’ per member
- Board meeting times will be scheduled well in advance and attendance is very important.The times will likely be early morning AUST, early afternoon USA, evening UK timezones.
- You will prepare your 'Board pack' containing detailed information each quarter about the state of your business, including key financial data and other business metrics. This information will be confidential and kept strictly within the board environment.
- Quarterly targets, Major and Minor Goals set and shared with the Board for accountability
- Private ‘Strategy Board’ online forum (not on Facebook) for ongoing communication and support
- 8 x Mastermind Sessions (1-2hrs) allow for 1 person to be in the ‘hot seat’ per session with a full hour + for the board to assist the member with their current issue, goal or business challenge. These sessions are designed for openness and support.
- Access to 8 x 1:1 1hr sessions throughout the year with Ben Amos for Accountability and Further Support
- Strategy Board will come with very clear and specific ‘RULES OF THE GAME’ which all Board members must adhere to in order to remain part of the Board. This is critical for the success of the Board environment for all parties involved.
